Stanley Ridgeway, a 2020 graduate of St Johns University with a degree in Accounting and Finance. From St Johns Stanley started his career in accounting at Clifton Larson Allen as an employee benefit plan auditor. Stanley joined MVM in December of 2021 was promoted to assistant controller in 2023 and then to Managing Partner in 2026. As Managing Partner of MVM, Stanley oversees the firm's operations, strategic direction, and client service initiatives. In addition he provides outsourced controller and financial reporting services, preparing monthly financial statements and financial analyses for clients and their lending institutions. 

Jackie Kotilinek graduated from North Dakota State University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She began her career at Redpath and Company in 2008, assisting clients with audited and reviewed financial statements, particularly in governmental and non-profit sectors. She completed her time at Redpath as a Senior Manager in April 2019, then joined MVM Accounting as an assistant controller. She was promoted to Controller in November 2022. Jackie oversees preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, and lender reporting, helping clients make informed financial decisions. She also volunteers and serves as Treasurer for the Wright Country Wave Swim Club. 

Louis Larson is a 2020 graduate of St Johns University. Louis began his accounting career with Clifton Larson Allen in 2020. At CLA, Louis provided tax compliance and consulting services to individuals and privately held companies. He joined the MVM team in December of 2024.  At MVM he specializes in tax planning and preparation for individuals and privately held businesses while also providing outsourced accounting services to a diverse client base. Louis prepares monthly and annual financial statements, oversees day-to-day accounting functions, and works closely with business owners to deliver accurate financial reporting and practical tax solutions.

Todd graduated in 2003 from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and focused on property management accounting for senior housing from 2006 to 2022. He joined MVM Accounting in 2022, where his responsibilities include preparing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, completing account reconciliations, and ensuring financial statements are accurate through detailed tie-out procedures. Todd is committed to maintaining reliable financial records that support timely and accurate reporting.

Bryan graduated from North Dakota State University in 2020 with a degree in accounting. Bryan started his accounting career at Archway as an outsourced accountant for Microsoft. He joined MVM Accounting in March of 2022. His responsibilities include preparing journal entries, performing bank reconciliations, completing account reconciliations, and ensuring financial statements are accurate through detailed tie-out procedures. Bryan is committed to maintaining reliable financial records that support timely and accurate reporting.

Chris Niesen, a 2003 graduate of St. Cloud Technical College with a degree in Accounting, received the Presidents Award for maintaining a 4.0 GPA. From 2003 to 2011, Chris worked as an accounatant and financail specialist. After a brief break, Chris returned to the field working as an accountant from 2013 to 2021. In 2021, Chris joined MVM Accounting. With over 20 years of accounting experience, she is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting clients with timely and reliable financial information. Chris is committed to helping businesses stay organized and maintain accurate accounting records throughout the year.

Ben joined MVM Accounting in January of 2026. He is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and supporting clients with timely and reliable financial information. Rachel Wirt, a 2015 graduate of South Dakota State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dairy Foods Science. She has worked at a number of dairies, mainly assisting in calf raising and maternity care. Rachel works with MVM's Dairy Farm clients to complete accurate data collecting and analysis involving milk production and feed production.
